Iwobi Nets Again as Fulham Overcome Tottenham

Alex Iwobi continued his fine form in front of goal as Fulham F.C. secured a 2-1 win over Tottenham Hotspur F.C..
Fulham took an early lead through Harry Wilson in the seventh minute, setting the tone for an energetic display.
Wilson later turned provider, assisting Iwobi for Fulham’s second goal four minutes after the half-hour mark, giving Marco Silva’s side firm control of the contest.
Iwobi has now scored in back-to-back league appearances for the Cottagers. The 29-year-old has registered four goals and three assists in 22 league matches this season.
Fellow Nigerians Calvin Bassey and Samuel Chukwueze also featured in the encounter. Bassey played the full 90 minutes, while Chukwueze came on as a substitute for Wilson with 18 minutes remaining.
The victory keeps Fulham firmly in contention for a European spot as the Premier League season approaches its decisive stages.
