Abia State Deputy Governor, Engr. Ikechukwu Emetu, FNSE, has congratulated Chief Kelvin Jumbo Igurube 1 of Abiriba on his birthday, describing him as a distinguished businessman, philanthropist and community leader committed to improving the lives of others.
